The WAVbi User Software allows you to set up a full Off-Line access control system with including time zones.
It is a very user friendly, easy to use software, used in conjunction with the Portable Programmer Unit (PPU).
Data transfers from PC to the PPU and subsequently to the user card and the electronic lock is a very simple procedure indeed.
